1. Visit with your own Fidelity Financial Group consultant and find the program that is best for you. You can then apply on-line or over the phone and get approval in less than one hour.

2. We will contact you by phone with your pre-approval and a list of conditions you will need to have gathered up for our initial meeting (see Standard Documentation that fits your loan scenario). We will then set up a time for you to meet with one of our agents at your house or workplace for an initial disclosure signing and to collect the documents that your loan specialist has required.

3. One of our processors will then email or call you to verify that we are in receipt of your package and at that point we will start the loan process. The process usually takes between 2 to 4 weeks.*

4. An appraiser will then contact you to set up a time to do an inspection on your house. Payment will be expected at the time of the visit so please have your method of payment ready (If you have any questions please consult your loan specialist).

5. Our processors will work hand in hand with you, the borrower, until your loan is ready to close. At this point a closing time will be set with you at a convenient location.
